邵连合，工学博士，副教授。西安电子科技大学理学院数学与应用数学专业本科（2011年）、陕西师范大学计算机科学学院博士（硕博连读2017年)。研究方向为量子计算和量子信息。主持国家自然科学基金应急管理项目1项，陕西省高校科协青年人才托举计划项目1项。
