马骕，女，1978年生，西安工程大学计算机科学学院副教授。2001年毕业于陕西科技大学获学士学位，2005年毕业于西安电子科技大学软件工程专业获硕士学位。主要研究领域：智能信息处理，基于AspectJ语言的软件开发与应用等。公开发表国内外重要期刊及国际会议学术论文20余篇，EI检索10篇，专利4项，参与撰写2本著作，主持并参加了10多项科研项目。
